My name is Maria Cid. I am a 22 year old female currently renting in Eindhoven, and I am looking for a home in Rotterdam to pursue my Master's degree in Chemical Engineering at TU Delft, starting September 2026.
Having already lived independently in the Netherlands, I am familiar with the responsibilities that come with renting, like taking care of a property, maintaining open communication with landlords, and meeting all obligations on time. I am a clean, organised, and reliable tenant, and I am now looking very much forward to living in such beautiful and remarkable city for long stay during approximately two years.
Financially, I am supported by my parents, who are my guarantors. They are fully aware of and actively involved in this application process, as they will be the providers of my financial means throughout my tenancy. Their involvement reflects our shared commitment to ensuring that all rental obligations are met consistently and without issue. I am happy to provide their proof of income and any other documentation required.
In addition, I am able to provide a recommendation letter from my current landlord and from my previous roommates during my stay in Eindhoven, should that be of use in your consideration.
