Michaela zoekt: Een Kamer / Studio / Appartement in Rotterdam

My name is Mishel and I’m a full-time employee (soon to be student), currently living in Meppel with my partner, Nina. We've been living here for almost a year but I’ve recently been admitted to the Willem de Kooning Academie in Rotterdam, where I’ll begin my studies in September. Since Meppel is too far away for me to be traveling from each morning, I’m urgently looking for suitable accommodation (preferably apartment or studio for two) to move into AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, otherwise I won’t be able to attend the school which I worked very hard to get into.

I am 20 years old and originally from Slovakia, where I graduated from an Art High School. It’s no surprise that my hobbies revolve around creativity, ranging from photography and writing to drawing, sewing and design. I will be now pursuing a degree in audiovisual design and plan to continue working part-time alongside my studies.

My partner, Nina, is 22 and also from Slovakia. She graduated from Psychology and is currently on the waiting list for Leiden University. Depending on her admission status, she will either begin her studies while also work part-time or just continue working full-time.

At present, we are both employed full-time at the DHL sorting warehouse in Zwolle, where we've built a strong reputation for being reliable, hardworking and responsible. Previously, we both worked as housekeepers in five-star hotels in Copenhagen so we bring a solid background in household upkeep and cleanliness.

Since my studies will span four years and Nina intends to continue applying to university annually, we are seeking long-term accommodation in which we can settle down. We have been saving over the past year and have enough to cover the deposit and even a few rents ahead (we have reached 10,000€ on our saving account). Additionally, we remain in close contact with our families and my father, who is a CEO of his own company, so they are financially stable and able to support us if needed.
