<p>Hello! My name is Minh Duc (you can call me David). I am a Vietnamese exchange student who will study at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences during the Spring 2026 semester.</p>
<p>I am a calm, clean, and responsible person. I respect shared spaces, keep my room tidy, and value a quiet and friendly living environment. I do not smoke, do not have pets, and rarely invite guests.</p>
<p>I am looking for a budget-friendly room or studio, preferably with male roommates, for a temporary stay during my exchange period. I am open to different contract options and flexible with move-in dates.</p>
