I am a full-time professional and actively seeking an apartment in Rotterdam with immediate availability. I have been living in Sweden and I hold an MSc in Transport Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, and relocated to the Netherlands in September 2025.

I am currently employed full-time at ABB as a Warehouse and Logistics Specialist at Rotterdam Port, in a stable, long-term position with fixed income. As I am living in temporary accommodation in Delft and commuting daily to Rotterdam, relocating closer to my workplace has become urgent. I am therefore ready to move into a suitable apartment without delay.

I am married and will live only with my wife. We have no children and no pets. We live a quiet, clean, and highly responsible lifestyle — no smoking, no parties, and full respect for neighbors and the property. Long-term stability and proper care of the apartment are very important to us.

Financially, I am reliable and well prepared. I have a permanent income, a clean payment history, and multiple guarantors available who have been living in the Netherlands for several years and are employed as software engineers at large, well-established international companies. I can also pay advance rent and the full security deposit immediately. Proof of employment, income, identification, references, and guarantor documentation are available upon request.
